The WUFA Boys and Girls Development Programs train one extra night per week in addition to their recreational soccer practices. We are excited to be able to offer a 2nd night at a 2nd location once again for Spring 2024.

Training for Wilmington is on Monday's at 5:15. Training in Hampstead is on Wednesday's at 6:30.

The WUFA Development Program is advanced youth development training in a structured learning environment for those players looking to take their soccer skills to the next level. It is designed to guide players who would like to start the transition from recreational to competitve soccer through competitive and tactical training techniques. The progam is tailored for players who have a strong desire to improve their technical skills while also being introduced to tactical aspects of the game.

The Academies are also meant to complement their current recreational league experience, but not as a substitute. At Wilmington United, we pride ourselves on being able to balance a competitive soccer environment, as well as making it family friendly. We believe that in the long run, our WUFA Development Programs will be the face of the club and we intend to make them our priority in providing excellent training and coaching by some of our Wilmington United Select coaches.

Cost includes (10) one-hour long sessions and your WUFA training shirt.
