Fall 2010 registration has ended.

Group Coordinator about any available openings. |
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING FOR REGISTRATION
ALL refunds will be subject to a 20.00 administrative fee and will only be available when a new player can take the place of your child to cover our registration expenses (uniforms, screen printing, insurance, etc). There will be NO REFUNDS after August 1st, 2010.
Please note
the following:
* Registration deadline
is July 1st, 2010. Any registrations
after that will incur a $10 late fee
Practices begin on August 23rd, 2010
* A birth certificate
is required for all players
*Player will NOT be placed on
a team until payment has been made. Please
be sure to include payment when mailing in your
form.
* Mail-in registration forms may be sent to:
